What do I need to provide to get started?
To create a high-quality Masterplan, we require: Accurate Floor Plans or Full Measurements of the entire floor plate; Photos/Videos of the entire level to help us understand light sources and how spaces currently connect; and your Lifestyle Brief so we can tailor the flow to your specific needs.
What do I receive at the end of the process?
You will receive a series of high-resolution, photorealistic 3D renders. These act as your Visual Masterplan, demonstrating exactly how your new layout, lighting, and materials work together as a single vision. These are incredibly powerful tools for communicating your goals to builders and contractors.
Can I start construction based on the Masterplan alone?
The Masterplan provides the professional vision, layout logic, and creative direction. However, it is a visual design strategy, not a technical construction document. Before any physical work begins, you must commission formal architectural drawings and consult with a Structural Engineer to ensure your project is safe and compliant with building regulations.
