Our founder, Anat Elkarat, an interior architectural designer, embarked on a personal quest for a new family home. She soon discovered that even properties with generous space often hid a secret: awkward layouts that kept them on the market for an extended period.

She began by recreating online floor plans in her design software, experimenting with layouts and reimagining the flow. With careful consideration and creative flair, the optimal design for each property emerged, and one truly stood out.

Bringing these revised drawings to life in 3D software was a transformative experience. We could virtually walk through every room, scrutinising every detail as if the house were already built. This virtual exploration proved invaluable, allowing us to determine a realistic budget and a precise offer.
