Our story began when our founder, Anat Elkarat, an interior architectural designer, set out on a personal quest to find a new family home. She quickly noticed a recurring pattern: even properties with generous proportions often sat on the market for months, hidden behind awkward layouts that stifled their potential.

​"The solutions weren't always obvious," Anat recalls, "but I knew the potential was there. It just required a more systematic, creative approach." By recreating these floor plans in her design software, Anat began reimagining the flow and experimenting with the space. The transformation was remarkable; by bringing these drawings to life in 3D, she could virtually walk through every room, scrutinising every detail before a single brick was laid. This insight proved invaluable, allowing for realistic budgeting and a confident, precise offer.
