We transformed this end-of-terrace property by solving its most frustrating structural "quirks."

 

By completely repositioning the staircase, we opened up the ground floor and replaced the inconvenient downstairs bathroom with a practical utility room and guest cloakroom.

To maximise the first floor, we added two dormer windows to reclaim height from the sloping roof, creating space for a new family bathroom, an en-suite, and a clever open-plan study.

 

This interior architectural redesign made every square inch count, resulting in a bright, modern home that offers all the essential functions in exactly the right places.
