We reimagined this end-of-terrace property by solving its most complex structural "quirks."

 

By repositioning the staircase, we removed the barrier between rooms to create an open ground floor, converting an inconvenient downstairs bathroom into a practical utility room and guest cloakroom.

To reclaim space from the sloping roof, we added two dormer windows, allowing us to bring the family bathroom upstairs and even incorporate a new ensuite.

 

By transforming the under-eaves area into a functional open-plan study, we ensured every square inch was utilized.

 

The result is a bright, modern home where every essential function is perfectly placed.
