We transformed the ground floor to align with a buyer's vision for a modern, social home.

 

By opening the entrance, we created a direct sightline to the garden, instantly brightened the interior and connected it to the outdoors.

 

The dated, isolated kitchen was relocated to become the heart of the home, while its original footprint was repurposed into a high-end wetroom.

The existing study was cleverly adjusted into a cosy TV snug, centred around the original fireplace, which we retained as a celebrated focal point.
